Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools have seen a steady increase in students seeking mental health services as well as staff raising concerns about students’ mental health.
The worst part?
Most schools are not equipped to provide the needed services and support — citing lack of mental health training, limited access to mental health professionals, and inadequate funding.
